During this continuous challenging period, leaders should not only dedicate their energy towards “the teams’ health, their livelihoods and the company’s recovery strategy” (McKinsey, 2020). Instead, they are advised to first take time to self-reflect and focus on their own purpose. Hence, it is said to be healthy to ask yourself the following question, "how you’re learning, growing, and adapting the skills you need” (McKinsey, 2020).
