Based on an article published by McKinsey, there have been six potentially important changes in consumer behavior which are due to the implementation of several government restrictions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The authors also mentioned that no one knows what the exact contours of the next normal will look like, however, they strongly believe that things will not go back to the way they were. Thus, marketers will need to steadily monitor trends and indicators, commit to bold changes in marketing strategy and investments, and build agility into the organization for the world that emerges. -Peter M. & Mariam S.
